I already did that. Auto brightness, true tone, and night mode were all turned off. Still, the screen brightness in yellow and dim compare to my XR which is bluer in color.

European devices have a sim tray, us don't, I believe. With normal iPhone cable you probably mean lighting, but no they now finally have USB-C
No, a regular cable for iPhones of other versions will not work.It have place for sim card.
