I should have been specific "Most" semi dyes requires you to have clean dry unconditioned hair this dye requires that and most semi dyes but always read directions because some may have you apply to dirty hair. I decided to add the shampoo and conditioner part because someone asked me what shampoo and conditioner I use. I also noticed the spelling mistake on "rinsed" lol whoops.
