I've always disliked KISS and the whole brand. The music is lame and the brand is corny as fuck. But this is the first time I've heard Gene talk and he's got it together for a man as old as he is. He's a business man and successful at it, everyone seems to hate him for it. And it looks like KISS, to him, is just one of the things he's done throughout his life. I'm sure he loves the 'haters'.
Not all guys are ass holes and not all women are saints. Case by case basis. Its always a good idea for every human being to be as independent as possible, but no man is an island either, theres a sweetspot. I you want to be rich and famous then Gene is right, do that first. But if all you want is have children, go ahead and have them at 20 but with one caveat, move back home with your parents. The American tradition of moving away from your parents and living alone, even with a husband, is a big mistake, especially for women. Women need a support network especially when they have kids, and thats what parents are for, to help you as long as you live, not just until you hit 21.
