Making of these chips is a childhood memory. All of us (moom, dad, sisters) would prepare the potatos a night before and then next morning (like 5 am) mom and dad would boil them and we would spread them on the terrace using my mom's old sarees. I miss those days so much. We made chips of around 10kg potato at a time. Thank you for this recipe. my parents still make them unfortunately I live abroad so cannot help them....but really miss this....
