Loved seeing the "2 car team" with slightly different cars. I think that would make a fantastic game mode, for example, for an 8-race Wreckfest tournament or 5-race Horizon 5 tournament. Format: 2-car teams randomly assigned; teams pick one chassis, engine, and livery, which must be used by both cars on the team, and within that, drivers customize "their" car to suit the class restriction.
For a real "kicker", you can make it a continuing series. Top 6 drivers are the headliners for their own team next time out, the other 6 drivers get matched into a team.
Using Slick Tires, pouring rain and barely touching the brakes. I tried doing this and I'd end up in the wall and inevitably be stuck up against said wall. Best part of the entire race was the last lap of the final race! 😁👍

i really enjoyed how my carlton drove :D i built it somewhat knowing it would not be the best car, but hoping i could build an early lead before the other cars could catch up in time, and it worked pretty well i must say, great racing as always to everyone involved and cant wait to sign up for more!

Don't be so tough in yourself OP. Building middle of the road decent everywhere can often be naff everywhere , be committed to a build type and enjoy the ride. Learn from it and come back stronger 👌
Ahh! I thought the Carlton looked familiar! It was the Opel 'base model' that Holden used to design the first and second generation Commodores! Which at this point in history would have competed in the Australian 'Touring Car' series, with a 5ltr V8 powering it! For these challenges in Fh5, would you consider doing an episode where you walk us through your process of tuning that specific car before the race? Then racing it episode and then an episode discussing what you might have changed to make the car better? I'm about to give up on Fh5. Every tuning training vid is so long an generic that I think tuning for an event like yours would be more interesting.

Original engine stroked to 4L (309kw/420 HP), AWD, stock tyres (compound and width) and suspension, full rollcage, max ASB front and rear, race transmission and some other goodies to get to the top of B class... Drives incredibly good on- as well as offroad.

I stayed on stock tires, which is what saved me, I think. Otherwise you don't get much room to work with, since RS4 already starts in B class

With slicks You want to be in the rear 20psi - 30 psi depending on hp... The front needs to be lower also depending on the hp and car
