Actually brother.. Lot did escape, but his wife looked back to the world cuz she didn't want to let go.. so the Lord turned her into a pillar of salt! That's a message to us all not to look back to the world!! We must keep following Jesus on that narrow path to eternal life! Interesting that the movie made by Obama is “Leave the World Behind.” I had an “awareness”…one day there was the strangest cloud formation…it looked like a “Mohawk” of clouds…just this thin line of clouds running from East to West, and in the Summer, in Texas, the temperature had dropped about 30 degrees…later when I finished working, I was driving home…the clouds had changed, again strange…so many different cloud types all together in the sky…and then so distinctly, I saw Jesus’ face in the shape clouds…the crown of thorns, and he didn’t look happy….i drove on…and the sign of a nearby Ranch, I’ve driven by 100’s of times, I noticed the name of the ranch, “Stargate.” Before this, I had a feeling to go to a certain place in the Appalachian mountains, that is made of granite…because it is where God wants me to be. That day, I believed that God was telling me to go to that mountain made of granite, because it is a “Stargate.” I have wondered if that is one place where Jesus wants his people to go to be raptured. Other times I think I just have too big of an imagination…but if my intuitions are true, it would be one way we “leave the world behind.” I have been praying for discernment. Yep, no Rapture - we have to make it through the tribulation (subduing Jesus' enemies and protecting His people) - until Jesus comes and ends it and we meet Him in the air, with His angels, as He goes to Jerusalem, to bind satan and remove the wicked to hell, as we rule with Him for 1000 years.
This gives me goosebumps. I had a dream about 3 months ago maybe longer that I went to my grandma's house to spend some time with her, and upon arrival she comes walking down her front steps to give me a hug and the next thing I know there's this nuclear explosion in the field behind her house, and there was like a fiery shockwave from it that was coming straight at us at ridiculous speed, then the dream abruptly came to an end. I feel like my dream had a personal meaning, because I was born in her house which was right next door to my childhood home that I no longer live in. It's like my dream was saying hey, your life began here and it will end here. Edit: The dream took place sometime during the day, which I would guess around 3-5pm central time (in the dream), and I remember it being hot and humid outside in the dream because I kept wiping sweat from my brow..
God bless you! You are so right! We cannot hold on to material things. You cannot take anything with you in the grave or in the rapture. We have to hold on to Christ and rely on Him for all our needs. I used to hoard things that were dear to me, then when I really gave my life to the Lord, I gave everything away, or threw them away. A few days ago I think it was monday I had an open vision out of nowhere when I was sitting and talking to my husband...it got quiet for a few seconds and my surroundings changed like I was somewhere else and I saw a serpent up close coming towards me prepared for attack with a weird evil like grin on its face...it was blood red and it had glowing gold Chinese symbols all over it...the vision was like 7 seconds long...I still can't get that out of my mind like what was the point of it and what did it mean...after that vision my husband looked at me weird and wondered what was wrong I told him but it looked at me strange and didn't comment on it. I just wanted to share to see if anyone maybe can figure what it means...plus I have had many dreams in past and some have come true and can't really tell family because it freaked them out when I told them my dreams before anything had really ever happened so now I feel I have to keep it to myself
It is difficult when people do not believe... many are jelous and think it is made up or that we think we are better than others.. Pray that God shows when and to whom to share.. and if it maybe is a warning for oneself
