This step by step walk through of a screen flow shows how to build a screen flow requested by a subscriber. In our flow builder Salesforce tutorial, we use a salesforce flow with a screen to get records, show them on the screen, define updates using the screen, and update those records inside Salesforce. datatable should have been better to show all the matched contacts, right ? Easier to list multiple records in datatable. In this case user must have to select either Yes or No for each record. Lets say in the collection we got 10 records and user want to update 10th record. he will have to select NO 9 times.

Yes you are absolutely correct! I didn't want to make viewers install the datatable component to follow along in this tutorial, but it is definitely a better experience for end users if you're going to build this in a live environment.

Sure, but in this use case, would there realistically be more than a handful of matching records? This works fine for the scenario and data table may be overkill (although in a scenario where there’s expected to be multiple duplicates it’d be better).
