Brother, same exact thing, and I´ve been looking for it in forums, groups, etc, and no one could identify it! FINALLY!! I CAN REST IN PEACE! but first, I need to play it again!
The key to this game is to go straight to the 4th floor room first and get the jet-shoes. Makes it MUCH easier to avoid the enemies. Then just make your way down to the other floors to pick up all the other items you need. Without the jet-shoes it's too hard to avoid the enemies. Other than that it's a great classic game.
Great classic game! Gets WICKED hard though. Best way to play it is to go straight to the 4th floor room FIRST and get the Jet Shoes. Makes it easier to avoid enemy agents while you go through the rest of the rooms gathering all the supplies you need to complete the mission.
I love playing all these classic games on the Super Retrocade. You can load every game from Old Classic Retro Gaming playlist on that thing. It's a blast!
Gotta go to the 4th floor first and get those Jetshoes, then you can make your way through the other floors and have a chance at avoiding all those enemies. The game doesn't give you a weapon or an attack, just have to outrun and out maneuver the enemies. Great classic game though, Thanks for the gameplay, good stuff!👍 👍
Trying to find gameplay of the sequel is extremely difficult; the very few videos I've seen are of improperly emulated versions of the game with graphical glitches.
The only game I know that uses the Imperial March from Star Wars, the Canadian National Anthem, and Verdi's "La Donna è Mobile". I wonder why the guys in red are goose stepping like Nazis.
***** Due to limited graphics memory, any marching was going to be jerky, so goose-stepping made it look like it was supposed to be jerky. :) Likewise, the spy doesn't have a gun because there were no sprites left over for bullets. There were versions with other national anthems, but I don't know if many of those conversion kits were released to the wild.
I know it sucks getting nailed too fast all the time. Always a string of bad luck. It's a lot different compared to 'Elevator Action,' 'Beer Run,' and 'Spy's Demise.'

This is one of the earliest games to be made in Quebec. There's also a sequel called "Zarya Vostoka".

cute chase game, looks fun. But for a higher end memory arcade game, the SFX R horrible!
By the looks and sound of it, this was probably made on Galaxian hardware, which was VERY outdated for 1983. But this game is very ambitious!
