I feel like the prizes in this event are a bit disappointing... mainly because Goldenyan and that one fusion item was added for no reason.
For the next event they should bring back Libertinyan SS for wibble wobble so I can be easy to pop event point balls

That's what the Blue Skill books are for - it's a second passive ability the yokai have.

You can only buy one at a time when you don't have any. Go to where you would use the ticket, and if you don't have any, it will prompt you to buy one.
