Tornado Tower in Archicad Tutorial without Grasshopper or any addon

Hi all. We are going to be modelling Tornado Tower without any addon like Grasshopper. This is curved tower and can't be modelled with basic walls, curtain walls etc. We are going to be using different technics.

Bro I'm working with contours in archicad so i building is on the top of the mesh and other is a little lower. So how do i set the different story levels ?
