+XenoVI Technically and unfortunately, it IS illegal unless you have a sport pilot license and get your machine "N numbered." It's really the only regulation there is (aside from common sense stuff like restricted airspace). We all think it's silly, but we have to play by the rules to enjoy the many freedoms we have in this sport =)
Very interesting did not know this , i can kinda understand cause you're hauling around a passenger with a engine going forward versus tandem skydiving and falling down, Still I agree quite silly...Thanks and keep up the good work...

Flying tandem is illegal in the US ???
