Thats because they werent dirty at all, the black stuff you see on them are scratches left by sandpaper, people who make custom shoes put acetone and use sandpaper in order to remove all the finisher applied previously on the leather so the paint they are going to put sticks better into the material
@@feb22tebek The paint came off, it wasn't from sandpaper. Other than that, the shoe didn't need to be repaired, the owner of the shoes just wanted them customized.
