Great video thanks brother. I watched a mechanic change an air compressor on a Mack. He still had the same issue with the new one. I got tired of watching him second guess. I asked him new or new rebuilt he said rebuilt. I told him to change it out and see if it fixes it and it did. Lots of people think new isn't rebuilt new unless you pay the price your rebuilt. THis could happen if the system wasn't flushed properly prior to install and what ever was in their did the same thing it did to the original Water Pump and wore the seals and bearings. Or QC just ain't what it once was moving manufacturing from one slum 3rd world country to the next. most major brands now outsource their outsourced manufacturing moving production as soon as the workers learn their jobs, and before they think about demanding a higher wage.
no. it's only normal right after installing a new pump while the seals are setting up. Worn out pumps leak like that before they fail. It's a sign you need a new Water pump.
