OMG. what a experience and what a information from his experience. we are very blessed to listen this video. swami tells no anger no anger, but how many problems behind this anger. have to rectify . small small quotes are very information . its not like information this is life lesson have to follow must follow, sai ram . cant describe in words. from morning 4 to 6. then how to handle daily activities without fear anxiety . proper food. how it helps our body to maintain metabolism. then chanting. AUM IT IS VERY VERY USEFUL INFORMATION. SWAMI KEEP TELLS US NAMASMARANA IS BEST . CALM . NO WORDS TO EXPLAIN. HOW MANY TIMES I AM LISTENING JUST 2 DAYS I DONT KNOW. Sairam. Most useful and practical lessons for life. Very little time left to follow basics and try to erase as much old vasanas as possible and become a more sathvic soul.
Omkaram, Suprabatham and Gayathri chanting can be properly chanted to reap the benefit.
