passion is the ultimate thing someone can have for their kids sport, I think that the way some parents behave is fine but when things get out of hand as in punching on with others is not really on. some parents just want their child to be the best and would do anything against the people who hurt or even touch their kid.
Unfortunately, I knew a father who was useless at RL and he tried to re-live his youth through his sons. One ended up with a broken jaw and developed epilepsy. The boys supported the club but hated playing because of their overbearing father.
Dazza's every parent in the 80's from memory sinking beers swearing their head off then stacking half the footy team in a Kingswood roady in hand & half a slab gone before lunch😅
They always get into arguments with the other coaches and parents and have the best pun lines and it always ends up with the ref telling him to do one and usually the ref is like 17 😂
I remeber there were parents like this all the way back at u7's 😂 still arguing with ref after the game. What made it funnier was that there wasn't even a ladder, the scores meant nothing.
