1st race you started several seconds before the Evo moved. 2nd race looked clean. Why no race from a dig? Because the Evo would destroy a type R in a drag race (if the Evo driver knows how to drive). That's also one of the slowest Evos I ever seen. I can't believe there's a stock Evo left in the World.

I was talking bone stock vs bone stock, and the VR4 consistently pulls from a dig (and a roll in my experience) until highly illegal speeds, as does every other AWD performance car that has similar power numbers, i.e. Golf R, Evo, STI, Focus RS - the FK8 is fwd, of course its gonna be slower from a dig than an AWD car. Out of its competitors its consistently the slowest one, you should know that if you read comparison tests. The FK8 out handles all of them easily while still being almost as fast. If your driving a 350z, both of these cars would gap the living shit out of you, especially stock to stock. Unless you have f/i under the hood of your 350z, you're the one with a 'slow' car - i don't think 350s are slow, but compared to an evo x or fk8 they are. 350s don't mod well at all, as a z33 tt owner i was highly dissapointed in the 350z. Even the HR 350 is slow stock, and all 350s don't mod well, the VQ doesn't respond well to mods at all unless its f/i. If you have a z32 tt, then both cars are a drivers race stock, but if you're modded i could see how you'd think they're slow. I had a 93 300ZX TT, miss that car. Why the hate?
