Gosh, love how calm this first bunny is! 🤣 It “identifies as female”! I gave 2 rabbits from my first kindling to my vet. They were about 10 wks old and she sexed them. She said they were different and assumed she had 2 sexes - nope! Turned out she had one sex….and that’s a vet! Ha! You’ve got a great set-up and I’m impressed with your care of them.❤🐇🐇 It’s great that these youngsters are so well prepped for the winter…nice fur! Thank you for the video. Continued good luck with your breeding.
Thank you! The calmness and ease of handling this breed is a definite check mark in their favor. that said, most of the rabbits I have are pretty calm just from daily feeding and care. But I do think the Champ's as a breed are a cut above.
I bought a pair of Champagne d'Argents from a friend 2 weeks ago, one was 9 wks. at the time and the other 14 wks. Its been fun watching their color change. I have an older doe that we got as a young adult a few years ago so this is our first experience with the color change. It's neat that you can see the color change each day.
@@93seldomseen it is. I’m surprised at how fast it moves along once it starts. But I guess that makes sense given their natural short life cycle and short age to maturity.

And thanks for sharing that, RE the vet mis-sexing. That makes me feel better!
@@MeatRabbitsOrg right? I thought that was a bit encouraging🤣
