Seriously. There are a lot of Dando solo sets on TH-cam but this is def one of - if not the best. The song choice, great diversity of hits newer songs and covers, the acoustics of the venue. And frankly, this is about 2-3 years before his voice started to take a pretty big decline IMO. He still has some power and range here, not the case with the sets in the last two or three years

I'm an old head, and it's not hard to tell when someone's relying to heavily on extracurricular activities so to speak. He did a cover on his channel yesterday of a song called low expectations wich captures his spark pretty well, but he strikes me as fairly sober in it.....not judging and I could be completely of the mark, but I don't think i am. He played it beautifully, glad we still have him around is all I'm saying

It's a tragedy what has happened to him but I still love him with all my heart. I have a lot of connections to him as my ex used to know him in Sydney. The path he has chosen almost gives his work that added melancholy, I had addiction issues myself, it's complex. He's too sensitive for this world, his voice and songs are beautiful he's still a truly gifted artist.

He knows them all by heart, so just takes a look when he wonders what song to play and starts ! Not a set list as such, the songs are in random order and he makes up the set list as he goes. Personal pet peeve; musicians reading from sheets. Why is he doing this? Doesn't he know his own songs? This isn't classical music. I play live every night. 22 songs from memory. If I can't remember it, I don't play it. I think sheets on stage looks awful.
Dude , it's set list . I write down as many songs as I can think of , not in order ... and then I pick my way down ... skipping this or that . Usually on the stage at my feet but it sure is easier when there's a music stand
