Ariana is crying out for help. Thinking of driving your car off a freeway is suicidal ideation and that is a dangerous state of mind to be in. I doubt she will ever read this, but Ariana please go see a therapist (a real one, not a guru, life coach, psychic, etc) Things do get better but you have to take that first step. You won't regret it.
P.S. I'm not coming down on gurus, life coaches, etc. When you're in a situation where you're having suicidal ideation, you need a licensed professional to help and monitor you.

I am an avid fan of Vanderpump and I liked and defended Lala from the get-go. After S9 reunion, you see her defences are down and resign to the fact that she was in fact, the mistress to Randall that everyone had been calling her out on for years. As cruel as Katie etc were, Lala was still defensive and did not want his name mentioned or open on the show and it makes SO much sense now because she WAS the mistress and was hiding it. Now it’s out there.
Ariana being suicidal is serious stuff. Hope she's getting proper medical attention. Therapy and meds.

These overly dramatic, tear-streaked 'scenes' (the Toms) cause me to worry for when they experience a Real tragedy. When people in their late 20s are sobbing over minor life hiccups...they're not even slightly prepared for the actual tough stuff that may be laying in wait for them at some point in this life (i.e. Lala's & Jax' loss of their fathers).
Stassi explaining that she basically didn't know how to be there for Lala, was basically a summary of how every newly-grieving person's closest friends react right after the loss. When you get rocked by losing someone that was an important part of your daily life, and it's all suddenly..gone. ..weirdly, so are your closest friends. Random acquaintances, people you know or meet that have endured a similar loss, people that feel fulfilled by being sympathetic to the plights of people that are mourning, grieving, or suffering in some way. Mr. Rogers said his mother told him to always "look for the helpers."

My heart goes out to her. I understand about depression. But, we can't come down on some of the other cast members because they didn't know. All, they saw was what she was projecting to them. I am sure they've asked her privately what was going on but she wasn't ready to let them in at the time and instead she masked it with lashing out at times. My prayers are with her because she is going through something that she only understands.
I know what arianna is going through, and its hard to trust people when your that depressed even your closest friends or family. She feels like they gossip to much bevause of there past. When im going through a deep depression i barely tell anyone. I sure in the hell wouldnt want it on tv and people need to respect that! If you haven't gone through it you have no idea! It really breaks my heart to see how girls treat Ariana. Maybe you Lala get along the best with S B and K, but who was there for you when they dragged you through mud. and not because of your rich boyfriend. Ariana and Tom, didn't just side with the narrative, they tried including you in things. While filming Ariana lost her father (and different to Lala and JAx) this was not her storyline, she is now opening about depression so maybe just be there for your friend instead of accusing them of being jealous. Ariana and Tom relationship would be only one I'm jealous of.

This is real life & I love watching y'all grow. I'm growing too. Growing to be a better human to ourselves and others is the biggest struggle we all have. Love conquers a multitude of sin the word says. From my own experience using love instead of anger does work.
I have to admonish myself for jumping to the same conclusion as many others here. I guess it's natural to suspect any friend or lover of a person who has money. Shame the fk on me! Not fair to Randall. He IS a likeable person, and I think his caring is genuine. I hereby (who tf am I, right?) give LaLa the benefit of the doubt and her name back. I only slightly doubted Jax, but now I can see that he NEEDS Randall's friendship and guidance. Sure, the perks of friendship are nice and come in different forms with different people (e.g., I'm a fkn hoot), but I think there's more there for Jax and Randall. Wish Randall had come on the show sooner.

I'm relying not just on what I see re Jax's sincere efforts but also on the wisdom and experience that comes with age (hey, there has to be one or two benefits to aging, right?). There's something about the death of a beloved parent who dies too young that profoundly alters a son or daughter's psyche. Been there. The worldview changes, a person becomes genuinely introspective. A person strives to be the human their departed parent thinks they are. I have faith in Jax. Most important, I hope he doesn't let himself down. I don't think he will.
@@JuliaB1955 I really understand where you are coming from, but I am seeing cracks in Jax especially his treatment of his friend Tom S.. This is a 20 year friendship and part of friendship is forgiveness as Tom has proven in his forgiving of Jax for much more severe situations in the past.

What Brittany said about coastal people is true. They live in an echo chamber, where no one is allowed to think or believe differently. That's very unhealthy and totally antithetical to our pluralistic society. There are people who just can't reconcile homosexuality (I don't get it, but . . .). So be it--as long as they don't hurt or impede the gay community in any way, they have First Amendment speech and print rights. Castigating people who are otherwise good is not the way to help them accept the different ways in which others are born. To sic SJW moralizers and the gay mafia on them will only make matters worse. Ariana needs to realize she isolated herself over the years from people who were trying to figure out how to be her friend. Not feeling a connection to talk to them is a two way street...they were constantly reaching out to her, and she was shitting on them. Now they’re the bad guys because she pushed them away, while they are both reaching out again in that moment. Her depression has clearly been growing over the years, but she can’t keep blaming other people for it.
Randall is so cute! that scene made me cry, and for ariana she needs to let go of tom and be alone for a while and just have her friends around. She needs to go see a therapist and regain mental strength.
