I do love the elevator!!! Awesome idea! I did notice in the book that the elevator was sitting on a overhang piece.. someone called it a balcony piece. Then you don't need all those empty floors under the elevator. 😁 It is so great to see this back and I am looking forward to a full series of it in the future!! As always, you are the Best ❣
So that tree you keep taking damage when chopping. It's called a Sandbox Tree (dinomite tree) the seeds actually explode and toss shrapnel and all the spikes on the tree have a poison sap.. a really deadly and nasty tree. Its cool the developers put that into the game. An another layer of realism. Another great video!
It was not necessary to build 2 towers for the elevator. It was possible on 1 tower to put a diagonal hinged platform on the side and fix an elevator on it
I actually thought it was going to be an elevator for the player, but on reflection a way of carrying up a lot more items in one go was really much more what was needed.
CHECK 40:34. They left you at this place because just SW of you there is the largest area to build!!! With big trees abd a dryer allready placed there. Use the new transprtation for mud bricks!!! Nice done dude.
That evelevator will be so usful when you are building your base and need to take a lot of resources to the upper floors. Thank you for showing us all how the elevator works. You are the best. 😊🥰
I feel like there should be a pulley system on the elevator. Seems silly and kind of pointless that you have to climb up the ladder to lower and raise it. You might as well be carrying the items up yourselves... Maybe the pulley system will allow you to stop it at multiple floors as well???
Bro please keep these coming I play on switch nd love this game but sadly we don't have anything on there for this game thank to forever entertainment no putting any thing in to the game since 2021 when they went to 2.0 which is a shame bc it's such a great game
I noticed that you can stand on the sled. Maybe you can use it while building so you don't have to jump to the second level frame. Edit: lol, nvm, you did that.

I think that elevator is supposed to go on that balcony structure. I mean, whatever rocks your boat, elevator shaft in a jungle is fun as fudge idea 😀

I would just love a toggle for snapping blueprints to other blueprints or structures. Sometimes I want a little freebuilding.
Worth noting that the elevator appears to have 3 slots for items, rather than the 2 of the Sled

Maybe try to let it down too the ground lvl then see if you can turn it on from the second lvl and see if it stops their
Try jumping on the elevator once it has 1 layer of items in it. Maybe that way you can use the elevator for a person to go up.

You don’t need to build 2 towers there is a cantilever/awning you can add that would support the elevator
Extend your roof and attach the elevator.
