I like that all the theme versions that are heard in the bar have a Russian sound to them. I also love that all the factions have their own themes that are recurring throughout the game, and have many different versions that apply to the current setting and actions.
You know, the Intruder on a Scooter evidence for the Recruited scene kind of makes the general saying the government would "drop all charges against [Henry]" weird, since the evidence shown is the death of Johnny Panzer at the hand (or rock) of Henry. It's not a civil case, it's a criminal case. Murder is straight-up against the law. I think the general's line should have been to "clear [Henry's] record" rather than "drop all charges against" him, since it only makes sense in a civil case situation.
