Also compare proportion with respect to population. How many we were & how many we will be in terms of demographics. Focusing on proper number increses the likelihood of achieving sustainable development not just number. Moreover government officials don't even work for official hours & charge highest for such a lausy service if we fix this only India will be a 6 trillion economy naturally.
