How does this stage compare to H12-4 for low rarity? I know it’s generally viewed as easier for high rarity, but with how different the low rarity toolkits are I’m curious about the difference.
In EP12, you have to fight with a tumor called boss and cost limitation, and in EP13, a powerful elite enemy mingles with worms and comes without delay. Both felt very difficult, so I'm not sure what's more difficult
Sussuro is good for s2, but it only has 2 charges. Myrrh is good for aoe, which isn’t necessary here. Gavial has no niche, but is the best for consistency on 1 target.
The main issue with humus is that highmore is generally better, and for 4* that’s not an issue. Otherwise, especially with module, he’s pretty good just due to being a reaper, albeit a bit in conflict with Estelle, and much better in ch 13 for obvious reasons.

Easier for high rarity? I had way more problems with H13-4 than with H12-4. And I didn't even use Ejya Alter, who trivializes Damazti.
In terms of difficulty for last H-stage, how do u rate it? Is it harder than H12-4?
Surely it isn't as difficult as H9-6 and H10-3
