If i did foundation year and i have student id, do i need to change it?

Your ID card is valid throughout your programme, so you don't need to request a new card unless yours is lost, damaged, or the information on it has changed. If you need to request a new ID card for one of these reasons, you can use the online request form: www.birmingham.ac.uk/welcome/before/id-cards.aspx
