Can you make a video on What exchanges (CEX + DEX) you can margin trade & futures trade in Ontario?
Thank you for always coming thru and answering so many of the questions in the comments!
Also, can you make a video on where to do "trading bots" in Ontario Canada?
Unfortunately you can't margin trade crypto in Ontario because of regulations. Check out www.crytpoforcanadians.ca for more information about Ontario friendly crypto exchanges.
You said you would link another video in the description. Did you link it? Don't see it among the infinite wall of aff.links.
Good explanation vid btw, was rather helpful.
I forgot to add that in! Thanks for letting me know. Here it is: th-cam.com/video/XNW-3SbQwx8/w-d-xo.html
Thank you this is all I wanted to know short and sweet and just say our account size is 10,000 and our trade is 1000 the only asset we have is the 1000 dollars right? so if liquidation happened it would be the 1000 not the 10,000 total account?
If you put on a position less than your capital then yeah you can't get liquidated. Liquidations only occur when you borrow to enter a position.
Why my liquidation price changes
Because your collateral's value also changed.
If You Ask Me I Would Recommend using metafutures bot only
Sure, thanks for sharing.
at least you explain better than them , they just give some maths formula nobody understand ...
Thanks, I appreciate the positive feedback! Glad you enjoyed the content.
Why can’t I understand man, it’s making me angry asf
You get liquidated when the position you're in is worth the amount that you've borrowed in leverage.
@@cryptoforcanadians I’m going to give you an example, please let me know if this is correct, I think I almost understand.
“- 1000$ margin per contract
I buy 5 contracts so my margin is 5000
I have 10,000 in my account
I now get stopped out and lose 10 points= I lose 1000$
Now I have 9000$
I place another trade of 5 contracts and I lose another 10 points= lose another 1000$
Now I have 8000$
I place another trade of 5 contracts and I lose another 10 points= lose another 1000$
Now I have 7,000$
I place another trade of 5 contracts and I lose another 10 points= lose another 1000$
Now I have 6000$
I place another trade of 5 contracts and I lose another 10 points= lose another 1000$
Now I have 5000$
I place another trade of 5 contracts and I lose another 10 points= lose another 1000$ now I can no longer trade with the same position size” does this sound about right ? In this situation I would only need 5 straight losing trades to no longer be able to buy the 5 contacts per trade correct ?
Where are you trading futures? 1 contract is normally $1.
Robotic
Sure lol
