Yo, any update on the mechanics and percentage? After this September patch the chance of getting 3rd line or star on runes dropped.
Before patch I got staron rune or at least 3rd line activated, after patch I got 0/4 tries.

Bro it means you are not 4th job yet
Because you do precisely smelt u use for 4th job rune means you need to become 4th job first before you can smelt it
But if u use S RUNES this runes u can do smelting because this is for 3rd job runes
