Thank you for sharing this Pradnyaa. Awesome video. Plenty of times, I have decided, that from that moment I am not going to think about him and tried to divert my mind in some work. After sometime my mood will swing to low vibe and I have always felt that something is missing from me and sometimes I have felt sharp pain in the heart chakra too. I used to feel that I am going laydown dead or a feeling like that there is no purpose in life or no meaning in living at all. And each time, I will come to a conclusion that forgetting them forever is not at all possible. And then again after few days or week, the unbearable pain of separation will lead to the same cycle of trying to forget and understanding I cannot, keeps following.
Now I have come to a platform of understanding that I have to go with the flow and everyone and every act is divinely guided. Even your videos or quora answers are also part of divine guidance for us all. Thank you so much
I have a very similar experience too. Whenever I’ve tried to divert/distract or convince myself that this isn’t true, I’d get into low vibe mode and the same cycles would repeat. Exactly like you explained! Then, I’d come back into high vibes and slowly over time, you learn to hold the connection and the love, but your continual emotional progress helps to carry on with the separation pain and with all other 3D drama!!

My first message from the higher realms was very similar. I received an answer to a question when I was in that alpha state soon after awakening from sleep. I was thinking about the last day I saw my tf and the miserable/tormented look he gave me that day as he passed by me. After this day, the pandemic broke out and I haven’t seen him since then. No contact situation…the question I asked in my mind was - why did you give me that look? This is what I remember happened next - my eyes were still closed, it was as if someone guided me to look slightly on the left side, my face was turned to the right at that moment and I was guided to turn slightly to the left. My eyeballs inside my closed eyes moved to the left. That’s when I saw 11:11 in a white background and there was a light mist over it, but the numbers and the colon between them was crystal clear!! It was an amazing experience!!

Very well said Pradnya. You dont need anything external to guide you on this journey. Your guides will give you the right clues in the form of books, channels, visions, dreams, songs just when you need it.
But it is upto us to accept and follow the guidance and that is a lot of difficult work.
There are no shortcuts in this journey. I am always reminded of a nursery rhyme thinking of all the pain and challenges thrown our way on this journey.
The rhyme is called ‘going on a bear hunt’ where 2 children go on an adventure and come across scary challenges such as a river, a forest on the way. Every time they are faced with a challenge they think:
‘We cant go over it,
We cant go under it,
We cant go around it
Have to go through it’ 😀
There is no bypass to the inner work.

@@AwakenwithPradnyaa 😊this rhyme and its words came to my mind few months ago when I came out of a major learning phase. I believe the example wud have come from my guides, they always have beautiful analogies and examples to explain, just like you shared the DNA strand example the other day. Infinite love and gratitude to our guides without whom we wud have been so lost❣️
I also went for past life regression therapy seeking answers clarity relief and hopefully release. This highly qualified individual was unable to get me to the needed state. I was there for nearly four hours. Very frustrating!! The signs/synchronicities have become normal now. But they used to happen even while were in contact he would call it freaky. I could write pages. My tf and I met online on a karaoke app- after two years of silence I could not wear this mask pretending to be ok while he stalked me watching me. So yesterday I decided to delete the app. The signs are usually something to do with London (where he is) and lobster a term of endearment he gave me. I process online orders and I had to get a cat treat and out of all flavors it was lobster! Watched tv later there was an ad for a show London Falling, then the program I was watching someone mentioned this random song called Rock Lobster. No matter how I try to forget this connection I just can’t!!!🙇♀️

And I was extremely sad and depressed. After many months of extreme depression one day I came across your videos. Then I realized that I'm going through dark night of soul which is a part of my spiritual awakening. Now everything happened exactly as what you said in different stages of twinflame awakening. Yes..There is always a guidance from our spirit guides..But it is really difficult to realise whether it is guidance or our wish/fear/desire which is prompting us to do or not do something .I had a clear experience of such guidance and I overlooked that warning .Which I regret till date...But due to that I think I came to know about this journey very fast . Exactly this kind of msg came in my dream. When I was newly awakened my DM used to come in my dream very frequently. In one dream he was asking me to forgive him as he rejected me to chose his karmic 7yrs ago. But I was disappointed n furious and told him to never come back to me n lead a happy life with his karmic. Now nothing can happen between us. Tears were rolling down his eyes n he silently went away. Just when he disappeared a msg came popping in front of my eyesso clearly which stopped my heartbeat for some moments. The message was "Your soul has been disconnected from God". I was stunned n asked to forgive me n give me another chance to rectify my mistake. Then in the next dream again I saw my DM sitting sadly, i went close to him n held his hands to say 'I am with you' n everything normalised between us. But in reality i'm still in separation n don't know when will this dream come true.

Even though the connection I'm trying to figure out may not be a twin flame, this is so relatable...! I also came to understand that it's not right to try to force a disconnection ..which I actually tried a couple of years ago.. What's there is there, and there for a reason... It's almost like cutting out a vital organ from your body, G-d forbid, when it's still meant to function! How to harmonize with it, along with all other aspects of your life, is something we could work on.
Hello I've been watching your videos recently and I've to say thank you so much for sharing with us your wisdom and knowledge about twin flames. I have to say that God is guiding us through this path. Now I'm sure of something and is that the Almighty is saving us, protecting us and we are part of his concern and this jorney is only for find the real and unique love. God is love. Time ago I asked for the truth and I was curious in many things searching for not be part of this fake world where we are living now. One day I was for try a Guided regression to know about my past lifes and in that instant when I was for relaxing in my bed with headphones my mom came and told me hey I'm talking to you! She touched me and continue What are you doing? Don't do stupid things! And she told me also that she felt someone was calling to her about saying your daughter is doing something stupid go go!.... I didn't tell to her about what I was doing I just told her that I was meditating and she told me also don't do anything that can injure your soul, Demons can get into your body when you give them permission and you're not conscious 😮 I was so choked I just changed the conversation and told her about I was trying to start meditation with music..... Many times I said that I'm just lucky but now I recognize that God is taking care of me and to meet my twin flame helped me to understand this divine predestination. My advice now is trust in God he is the only and everything, talk to him because he is listening you always and every bad moment and trouble is for making you strong. He only gives us what we can endure.

you're videos made me smile after long time of solitude. after smiling, i decided i don't want to be hanged on it anymore for now because it put me on solitude myself. i still want to move forward but i can't stay so stuck within myself anymore.
I understand. 😊 What you need right now is "trust" in the divine and "acceptance." The energy you are putting in to get out of solitude - may drain you, or probably already draining you. Let go that inner resistance. Release it.
You are going through a process and when that's reaching a certain milestone, you will most naturally come out of that solitude. Trust the process.

Oh this happened to me when I was so young I can't even remember. Years and years before I ever even glimpsed my tf
A few days ago, I asked for a sign if he is my twinflame. I said, "Show me 1111 until tonight.. after 1 hour when I was so sad and forgot about that... I received an advertising massage that in the first line had 1111..
I asked again for sure, but I didn't receive...I don't know should I believe or not

Twin flame validation can not come if you are fully not trusting the divine. Trusting the divine is the first lesson.
The way you are asking for validation is not correct.
so beautifully explained , i tried cord cutting with tf with help of angels but after a few weeks there were still some moments of telepathy so a tf is a journey tht cant be closed with cord cutting how do u cut something thts a part of you

This series is beautiful too! Thank you so much, Pradnyaa! I’ve a question - you knew about past life regression and cord cutting and yet you say you weren’t awakened then. So, at what point did you consider yourself spiritually awakened? I understand this is a journey and therefore, you were probably in your very initial stages then and there’s incremental growth, however, what was a milestone, let’s say, after which you considered yourself spiritually awakened??
'Awakened' often means that you are awakened to this connection, that you are on a TF journey. Spiritually awakened however can also mean knowing that you are not just this body and you are not here to live this day to day life but knowing that you have a higher purpose in life.
@@aanchalkhanna so, the way I make sense out of this is Pradnyaa was spiritually awakened since she knew about PLR and cord cutting, but she was not yet awakened to the tf connection! Thank you!
@@vk9299 No, knowing about PLR does not mean spiritually awakened. Knowing your purpose in life and knowing that we are all souls, connected to the Source and connected to each other is what I would call as spiritually awakened. But to be honest, my knowledge abt these terms is poor, I may be wrong. I never bothered to learn/understand these terms so well as none of us is going to appear in a theoretical exam on these terms but we all have to appear for practicals:), just remembered the theory/practicals we had to go through in our science classes.
A clue to finding an answer to your question: how knowing if Pradnyaa was spiritually awakened or not at that point in time change the course of your journey? Think about it.
@@aanchalkhanna I believe a spiritual journey is just that - a journey! So, there are many twists and turns and milestones while we’re on it. Even our perspectives on when we consider ourselves awakened may differ, but thank you for sharing your opinion!
I agree that knowing or not knowing when Pradnyaa awakened in her journey is irrelevant to me. But, I’m curious to understand more of this awakening process and so, the question to her!

Pradnya, what I should do. I am getting an urge to talk with my twin flame today. But it has been bit long since 1st October we aren't talking. Even my twin flame has blocked me and I had told to my twin flame through message on 1st October when we had stopped to talk with each other that I shall not talk to you until you remove your negative sides of ego and anger. Otherwise no. What should I do Pradnya now? Actually I feel something like that. I know the person is my true twin flame. But, the person isn't aware about our relationship yet but the person knows the term. 🙂
You stopped talking oct 1st - so Not even 15 days right? You are finding that long? 😃 You need to develop some patience. //
It is okay, accept what haps happened but keep in mind that - telling them that THEY NEED TO overcome their ego and anger - will trigger them badly - as most probably they are not ready to hear it, especially from you.
Also, it is not only their fault why this did not work out, the fall backs are on both sides. So you need to introspect yourself as well.
If you want them to get rid of their anger, and ego, it is not going to happen overnight. They need their space, and you need to give them that space.
I won't recommend you to initiate any contact right now, as that will be not keeping by your words - that you said you do not want to talk. Let some time go before you decide.

Pradnyaa is right but I will give you a slightly different answer, one you may not like. Why think so much about whether or not you should talk to them? Isnt it a kind of fear, driving this thinking a fear to face them after you departed on an unpleasant note or a fear that something will go wrong on your journey if you talk to them at this stage? I will say if you feel like contacting them do it i(f you still can) and see what happens. Either you will back to a pleasant conversation again or they will treat you harshly after which you may realise that contacting them was a bad idea.
You still seem to be thinking too much about knowing/not knowing the term. That is absolutely irrelevant esp when it comes to the matrix twin. you can put them on a TF course for a year and they will still come out not accepting the connection...haha. Why? Because it is by design
You are not stranded on your journey because they havent overcome ego and anger. You are stranded because you haven't gotten rid of your ego and anger, which btw is a huge task to accomplish. When you told them that you will not talk to them until they comply to your wishes, you acted out of anger. When you told them to remove their negativity, you were finding faults with them, that was acting out of a sense of you vs me. You acted out of a sense of separation where you didnt see them and yourself as one. So what good it is that you are aware of your connection and they are not?
Sorry for being harsh and direct, I only wish you well. Sometimes we all need a rude awakening to know that we are good enough, sending you love: and light :)
@@aanchalkhanna it was truly and deeply inspiring. I am truly grateful for that type of answer. Actually, I don't keep any expectations in our relationship. The most important think I know that my twin flame loves me deeply as I love the person in a same way. I want the person's utmost success and happiness. It has been 9months to do my inner works. I want that my twin flame might do inner works to come out of the negative side of ego and anger either the person takes me as twin flame or not. While I think about my twin flame, I don't think or love as my twin flame. I love as a human being who is very close to my soul. 💚💚💛💛 Lots of love from me, dear, for sharing amazing advice.
@@laboneeyt111 I am glad that it was helpful. Dont *want* them to their inner work. That is the biggest pitfall. Trust me, I have been there. It is none of our business what they do or don't do. Wanting them to do their inner work to overcome anger/ego is an expectation even if it is for their own good. Let them do what they like, how they like and with whom they like. That is unconditional love.

I have a question - As you said that you were constantly feeling your TF's energy during this phase and it was very painful. So my question is that whether this energy is also felt in the same way by our twin flame or not? I read somewhere on Quora, that energy goes only from one twin to other. And the one whose energy goes is the one going through Ascension and doing the healing work and the other twin is living a normal life. So is it true? I have noticed that the moment I think of my tf, immediately either his heartbeat is felt in my heartbeat or I feel some energetic touch. but I never come to know when is he thinking about me. I feel lost. I don't know anything about him.
The one who awakens - or is a spiritual twin - high like that twin will feel their twin's energy al through. However, as the other twin flame progresses, they will too feel this energy very strongly. However it may not be as intense as the spiritual twin feels - obviously because this energy is the FUEL for the spiritual twin to work on themselves. Matrix twin does not require it in that intensity.
According to my experience - as both progress - the intensity will be there at both sides and it will be felt by both sides.

Yes, he awakened first I guess.. because few months after our initial online meetings, I got awakened through him itself when I asked him are we soulmates, then he said twin flames and I googled it immediately to know what it is. I was unaware about TFs all my life. So this means he is the more spiritual twin or first Awakened twin.. and I am the matrix twin..right? so only he goes under ascension work or I will also go through it? I have been through some extremely rough phases of my life like DNOTS and they were very intense first 2 times, later ones were comparatively mild as each time it's intensity reduced.. I think right now also I might be going through it.. bt I am not sure.. is this called Ascension? Most of the times my DNOTS is largely health issues and emotional issues..
@@khushabu_art Gosh dear, you have saturated your mind with all these terms and the theory. This is what happens when you spend too much time on Quora reading abt twin flames...haha. Dont take me wrong, just having a bit of fun with you to lighten things for you. it doesnt matter who awakened first or if you labelled the spiritual/matrix twin wrongly. Even if you labelled yourself as the matrix twin when you were not, its not like the Universe will exempt of you of the inner work in the ascension process/DNOTS. You are spending your figuring out the irrelevant stuff. Like Pradnyaa said go by the divine guidance. Pray, sit with urself to receive the guidance. And instead of reading Quora, spend your time some good books on spirituality. Wish you success on your spiritual journey.

Actually I want to do the inner work and I had been doing it since childhood. I don't want to escape it. But I was just wondering and concerned about my twin and how would have been his life so far. Was it so much challenging! I got your point that I have to rely on my inner guidance and not go into this mind energy and Quora stuff. It's really unnecessary I know. Will try to not go on Quora much.
@@khushabu_art Knowing abt his life and his spiritual understanding will not help you in any way. If there is anything you need to know abt him, you will be told when the time is right. The design of the journey is flawless.
There is nothing wrong with reading Quora but dont get too hung upon the theoretical side of it, you will go through the same journey even if you knew nothing abt TFs/soulmates.
