omg this looks incredible im so tempted to dash to the grocery store and impulse buy all these ingredients!! also can I skip the doenjang in the Gochujang sauce or is it necessary? and is normal bibimbap sauce made with mild gochujang or can I use normal spice level gochujang?

Looks delicious! Bet it so good with the perilla (shiso in Japanese cooking)!
I love those containers your were using! What brand/type are they?
