Hey Jim! Thanks for being a pioneer and developing these fixes. I received my order from you in 3 days via FedEx, and installed the 2 brackets on the intake manifold motors on my 3.0 TDI in about 20 minutes. The original P2015 code cleared after 3 on/off cycles, and as a bonus my P310E and P1128 codes (related to the EGR) also cleared!! Awesome product. Thanks!
Thank you guys at Dieselgeek, order received here in Italy ,Venice.To change the intake runners and actuators Vw made me a quote of 1750 euros plus labor...so here we are in the 2k euros ballpark for the job done.Now I have an option for under 200 euros,I'll try your kit and I hope to see that damn orange engine icon to disappear ...forever cheers
@@drazenbabic4706 well the driver side went in easy,the passenger side was a little try and error to meet the flange,other than that,no more than 15 minutes job.As soon as you start the engine,as told,the service engine light doesn't go away,after 3 re-start that damn yellow light has gone,so yes it difinitely works good
It will work on a 2005 vw phaeton 3.0tdi engine code bmk 165kw(224bhp)? On Ross tech scanner I found errors 004120 intake manifold runner bank 2 lower limit not reached and p1018 001 upper limit exceeded intermittent. Thanks
pls i am really sad with my audi 3.0 tdi manual tipe quattro , my car when i push the gaz it gives to much vibration , when is cold dont do it but when it gets hot it is so bad vibrate , what can be a problem plz is any one have this ecperience my car model is 2006
Hello ive a audi a6 2.7 diesel front wheel drive , europen version . Someone gifted me and i did all the filters and oil change , it has a check engine for air intake manifold + in computer there are some code for injector 2 3 5 , in highway for 130km it consume 8.6 lit , ive test it . But in the city for 20 km it consume 10 lit . Is this normal ? Does it has to do with intake manifold ? Many services here in albania told me dont do something to injectors becouse im gonna have more problems . What do you recommend me to do ?

I wished this showed the install of the other side in more detail since that is the most common problem child with the 3.0 TDI

Interested!? But I was told that the flap(s) inside are dodgy and a new manifold will need fitting. How does this mod fix a flap issue? Thanks
