Too add, if you go in settings - accessibility - touch - Custom actions, you can set any action in the list to a 1/2 tap command. For example I’ve set screen shot by tapping the back of my phone twice. Very helpful feature. Enjoy!

You're lucky my kids have my old iPhone 6S and have to wait until I get the new iPhone to get my XR which is a great phone! Work hard and good things will follow!

Yes I was the same, took me a while but 100% used to it now. By the way iOS 13 just came out so be sure to update to the latest version to take advantage of all the refinements of the new iOS. New video on that topic coming soon. Cheers!
I have a samsung galaxy A21s and the home button is the same. if I want to clear all my tabs I can just hold the home button upwards for 1-2 seconds just like how he said. androids and iOS are very similar.

Oh yes I missed that. If you have updated to the latest version of iOS, you'll notice a small arrow pointing upwards at the top mid section of the screen when you are in camera mode. Tap on the arrow to reveal the sub menu and the fourth icon along is the timer, tap on it and select from 3s or 10second options. Tap on the shutter and the photo will be taken after the time interval you selected.

That is a big upgrade. You'll notice a big difference with the XR, the large screen and camera quality are next level..

That's a massive upgrade. You'll love it. Yes, Apple remote is great. I use it all the time as I can never find the OG Apple TV remote......
Swiping the screenshot away does not delete it. It saves it to your camera roll.
