Much more than a character, he is a chorus, a troupe, and a full tilt, traveling show. He is a unique musician, with a beautiful voice, and many voice overs, with a multitude of chops. Steve Poltz, or "Poltzy," is cool, witty, charming, and a great story teller. It's obvious that Jewel wanted him as her confidante when she took the gig opening for Neal Young in Madison Square Garden. Thank you for posting this because it is a great performance with such an endearing back story.
