  • Hello dear friends! Welcome to our "Great Food" channel! We are going to share the video which is about how to cook a traditional Uzbek dish - Sumalak. After long winter days, our body will be need additional substances in spring. Sumalak is the dish that is cooked in spring, because it is rich in energy, vitamins and usuful ingridients. It is boiled almost during 24 hours, when it would be dark brown colour, people finish cooking sumalak.
    Before sumalak people gather in one place and organise their jobs, then one of them grow the wheat. When the wheat are ready, they dig the ground in order to put a big pot. All of the next process are in our video.
