Hey my love here to catch up❤❤I loved the heat one I used to wear that one before I got back injury, and u are right wear at ur own risk😂😂😂cz as much as people say it helps with posture it also damages the back, physio advise to wear that max 30min then remove to allow ur back to breathe, Yohh I had Aunty help with my clothes ne we were so tired imagine is the two us 😂😂😂, love the haul❤❤, the wrap looks beautiful,ur videos are so beautiful 🤛🤛🤛welcome to the challenge, hahaha dance wena girl, maybe find a book that u will really enjoy, I had a book from the beginning of the challenge and it did not resonate with me and it was a struggle to read, I left and got a book and let me tell u I finished that book I couldn’t put it down😂❤❤❤ All the best with the challenge
