There are thousands of forensic patients in state hospitals across the country. Some are able to regain competency for transfer to prison, but some people don't and they are crazy as betsy-bugs. Like you NEVER turn your back on them and never be alone with them. Some of them are literally this bad. Hope they enjoy Trump.
