For the sock issue try using sock glue or maybe even leg garters but if the arm sleeves sliding is too much of a issue you could use body tape or sock glue for that too since both are safe for skin

some easy fixes are to simply replace the zipper since it appears to be a faulty one , and that costume isn't really made to work with buttons, and fashion tape works great for the socks and arm sleeves
