If you're not sure where to stop magma, look in the parking lot. You'll see a little building opposite towards the main Topside building. Then, you'll have to activate the pump next to the building and then press the button in the building. Alr, sorry for making this long, i hoped this helped in case of future magma events.

I think the magma just stops at one point and the music just keeps playing in loop until you open the pumps.
