Another nice and fun technique is called "unlocking". Every Handhold after the start, must be "unlocked" by your feet first. So you can also continue Climbing up with your hands after touching the hold with one of your feet. This helps to improve flexibility a lot, while also making a lot of Fun.
Really like the ideas for making easy climbs more challenging. Recently went to my local wall only to be disappointed that they hadn't changed the routes. I'd previously done or attempted nearly all routes in my ability. These approaches would have made my return much more exciting
Just started climbing recently, only a couple of months, doing these have helped significantly and have made it more fun. Elimination and silent feet are by far my favorites and really want to give some of the others a try with my climbing group. Your guys' videos are amazingly helpful!
Hi, I was thinking of starting rock climbing but I'm overweight and did some research that even overweight people can climb. Are there tips to start of climbing if I'm overweight? Would appreciate it very much!
Start off easy and be comfortable with what you'd like to try! As you build your confidence and enjoy yourself on the walls... you'll find that you start climbing more often, and shedding some weight while actually having fun too. We can't wait for you to begin on your climbing adventure!
I can't understand why the views are so low, this is a great and helpful video!
Share share share! Get it out there 😊

Can you make a video on how to use your fingers? How to grip? Thanks.
Nice ideas. I will suggest the Eliminate game to my group on our next session. I think we might have fun with that.
4x4s are great, but I don't know if I would call them fun :D
