Killer would be the person you least expect, and may be someone we haven't seen yet. Just a theory. I doubt it's Sheila, that'd be way too obvious. But, it's made to look as if it's her. The plot thickens.

I think the killer is Finn’s identical, twin brother.he never knew he had. He's out for revenge. He hates Finn for having a great life that he never had. This would also explain lease and her ex-husband shady behavior
