hey boo! could you please make a video on manifesting a physical appearance change? it’s the one thing I tend to struggle with because it’s hard to let go when your body is something you take with you everywhere. how do you stay in the wish fulfilled when it comes to your body? because people take pictures of you look at you all the time. at the same time they say that the key to manifest appearance change is to love yourself as it is, but when if I start doing that how do I focus on the manifestation at the same time?? thank you so much!!

Hi Ken, I’ve got a question regarding repetition of affirmations. In one of your previous videos you’ve mentioned let go and not to feel needy. If we keep repeating affirmations won’t that give the feeling of wanting or not letting go? I always get confused with this. Can you explain please 😊
Nope. You need to repeat your affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind.

Thanks a lot for this video! I really have to ask this question, cause I've seen so many videos and I don't know what's true or false. When it comes to manifest an SP, is there a time delay? Some say "no, manifestation is instant, if you don't manifest right away it's because of blocks", others say "yes, the 3D has to catch up, cause 3D is past". Would like to have your opinion on this please :-)
Good question! There’s no time delay for the manifestation. Rather it takes time fully reprogram your subconscious mind with your new beliefs so they’re anchored and solidified in there. Once you do this, your manifestation will show up. I talk about this in my free masterclass which you should definitely register for! It will help you out a lot!
There is no time. When it is your time the universe will grant you your wish fulfilled.
It may takes days, weeks, months even a year. Everyone is different. But your reality will reflect back to you as long as you believe and feel it. If you can see it in your mind then you can have it personally.

What all have you been doing for manifestation?
I found this video, so glad I did.
It's now been a YEAR since Ken ended our relationship after 1.5 years, (very abruptly at that)
I have made so many positive changes in my life and love the woman I have become.
