🙂 Thank you! Can you please clarify one thing: when you recommend 10 reps of each exercise, 2 or 3 sets - do you think it's better to do all 2 or 3 sets at once, or do one set 2 or 3 times per day?
It depends on how quickly the muscles fatigue… the last few reps should be challenging to complete, so if that’s after 1 set then that’s enough 🤩 Clear as mud, right?!!
