I think it would be better if they actually have a leader, maybe not one, like Hangyeom and Hyuk said, but two or three. They could have one main leader and one or two sub-leaders. (Something like Seventeen have could work nicely.) And I would say that the best people for that would be Jaehan, Sebin and Hangyeom. All of them care about the others in their own way and in my opinion they complete each others in that. Being a leader don't mean that someone have to be bossy or order the members. It's more about keeping everything together and maybe even having a link between the agency and rest of members. It's always easier to talk with smaller group of people and having them spread the info, same with the other way, it's easier for leaders to gather thoughts and ideas from everyone, turn it into something complete that everyone agrees to and then go to management with it. Also, not everyone are equally comfortable with speaking their mind out loud (and it's fine! People are different) and having someone that they could trust and confide to would be helpful. Of course, the most important thing is what members want. If someone don't want to be a leader, don't feel okay with that, it should be respected and if all members don't want to have a leader it's their decision. I personally don't think it's good idea, but it's not my place to decide for them.
