After all the doctors who tortured him seemed to think so too. Therefore Mundo did people a service when he "cured" them. He had also learned that the meaning of doctor was to inflict pain on others, which he learned from his torturers´ behaviours.
To be honest, you can stop an epidemic by killing people in a similar way as you can stop a city burning down by blowing up houses around the fire ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
So a crazy serial killer purple hulk doctor thing, a man eating mutant wolfman, a cyborg attack on titan scissor lady, a crazed bald headed chemical scientist, bunch of half robot thugs and gangs, frequent chemical spills and toxic gas leaks, why does anyone still live here XD

Does the "Do no harm" story hint that Mundo has some kind of power. Because in ekko's story whenever he used z-drive to go back, his friends would not remember it. This story makes it very clear that Mundo SEES him going back.
The thing is if Ekko breaks a bone and rewinds like in this trailer, the rewind will only reverse the damage but the pain is still there. After Dr.Mundo 'cured' Ekko he just rewound time before his 'disease' was 'cured' but the pain from the 'medical procedure' was still there.

Mundo is a silly character and i get that but this new lore for him is sorta disturbing. Except of being a sympathetic guy just trying to help i sorta feel like he is just an abomination with no reason to feel attach to and should just be destroyed.
Although we do not know that much about it, i would like to see a video about Icathia. You know, the lost city that Kog'maw entered Runeterra from, the place Malzahar turned into a void monster, the place where only 2 living people were able to get to, where Kassadin lost his sanity and gave himself to void after he made it there and learned its secrets, and where Jax is from.

Not only that, whenever ekko takes physical damage it will not be reversed when he travels back( for example in the ekko release trailer)
