Dear , start with connector code of any NBFC or bank individually because in connector code bank staff will there to help you out . Learn the system and process for 1-2 years and after that gradually convert into DSA and hire employees to increase your business . Learn while working

Sure , you can register yourself as Dsa by applying on the bank website . You will get the call from the bank and they will guide through the process. But if you are new to this field my suggestion is to initially work with already established loan Dsa agents or companies and learn the skills & gain experience before applying for the Dsa agent code .

Dsa business is based on service if you want to do it passively do like many real estate agents do tie up with a Dsa agent or companies provide them files and get a specific commission on the same . They will handle the file , collect the documents and provide service to customer regarding loan and you will get your cut for the same .
