I'm having the same issue with a Smart Tank 7301. Would love the reflash file if anyone knows where I can get my hands on it!

Unfortunately the reflash files for the 520/525 and 580/585 don't work. The official FW package contains a "ful2" format file which USBSend.exe fails to upload. It is a different format than the SREC-based fw in those reflash packages; it's got an embedded XML header, for example.

@everythingelse9629 remove power and usb cable and leave printer for at least 2 hours standalone then power on and check

Mai connection se pahele ink our had dal diya our Mera printer on ho rha hai but display show nhi kr rha hai
If it's new machine pl ask hp team to resolve, if they can't, u can reflash firmware and solve the issue
