What a fun couple of trails! Once you realize all the tire black means others have been there before you, it's easier to commit when you cannot see past the hood tho I will admit, the drops are a little more difficult to get used to 🤣 Glad you had a good time!

Such a badass 4runner. Is it V8 swapped? What differential and gear ratio do you have to run those big tires?
@@fivefivesix-sevensixtwo4114 stock V6, 5.29 gears but currently in the process of swapping the rear for a ford 9” and cantilevered suspension!

i have a 98 4runner that i am swowt upgrading from stock to biwstein 5100s and aw terrain ko2 with no lift. watching this gives me anxiety as i could imagine how heartbreaking it would be to roll your runner with all the work/time/money it takes to upgrade a truck like this on a limited budget. great video!

how do you manage long travel with stock fenders?
I cut them up significantly. The bumpstops are currently set to stop the tire from hitting the fender. I have a bit less than 0.5” of shock remaining at full bump so I should be able to cut them a tiny bit more to get a bit more travel
