Great discussion. In our organization, we teach Hebrew before children learn to be afraid of Hebrew. Hebrew is a child's language, very few words and many of the pictorial letters help to define the word. We make sure high schoolers know how to read the book of Jonah in the original Hebrew. I guess this is a long way of saying, I agree with your panel on the importance of biblical languages.

Ever since I started learning Greek and Hebrew I realized the importance of them in exposition. It eliminates unnecessary mistakes and someone once said, they add color to the text.
