I’m not much of a videographer. Always meant to do creative/travel/etc videos, but no. Doing shorts now, and then at least lets me work on editing and learning how to use the software. Old dog new tricks and all. 😎

Nice instructions! I am having trouble with shapes showing thru the glass which I figured was from air even though I pressed down hard on the glass. Ami using too much glue? I use diamond glaze. Thanks
Thank you 🙏🥰 Possibly, it doesn't take much at all, just a few tiny drops and maybe slide it around a little into position while pressing down may help any bubbles to squish out. ❤️
Great tutorial, Julie🥰. Tom makes jewelry with my skins too and I shared this video with him. Especially helpful is how you store them. He had put the skins between wax paper & now they are stuck🥲

How about using silicone mats for the non-stick

Does the skins do well with resin ? I want to origami some and/or make into 💐 flowers out of the skins ,then resin , I think you got my wheels turning !🤟🏻❤️💋
I'm not sure? Cool idea though! I would recommend Naptime Creations Channel, I've seen Tish make skin roses and she works alot with resin. She tries to respond to all her comments and questions also, she's so sweet! Let her know Julie E says Hi 🥰💕

Thank you Andrea 🙏🥰 I'm using paint skins. I line my table with freezer paper when I paint and the acrylic paint that runs off the canvas dries and peels right off it.

If you are just making paint skins directly on the freezer paper, you should be fine. 💕

Thanks for your video and good information. I was wondering if the paint can still soak in water and be taken off after it's been clear coated prior to removing it?
Thank you Jill 🥰 I'm not sure how long they would have to soak in water before everything loosens up. If your cabochons are glass you could put them on a paper towel wet with acetone and then wrap it up in aluminum foil and put them in a Ziploc bag over night...that trick works great for removing resin off tumblers. 💕
I noticed you use the Diamond Glue to attach the skins to the Cabachon, and onto the tray as well. Some tutorials I’ve seen use clear Gorilla glue to attach the Cabochon to the tray. What are your thoughts on this?
Everyone that does these has a special preference to the products they use. I would say give them both a try and see which you prefer. Thanks for watching 🥰💕
What grade if alcohol do you use? 91%?
To clean the glass cabochons, I'm pretty sure it was just 72%. You don't need anything to strong.

Yes it's self inking, I ordered it off Amazon. There a lots of styles there to chose from.💕
