Sometimes the most dangerous place for a dad is a family vacation.
Bob Odenkirk returns as suburban husband, father and workaholic assassin Hutch
Mansell in the new chapter to Nobody, the hit 2021 bare-knuckle action-thriller that
opened at number one at the U.S. box office.
Four years after he inadvertently took on the Russian mob, Hutch remains $30 million in debt to the criminal organization and is working it off with an unending string of hits on international thugs.
Much as he likes the slam-bang action of his “job,” Hutch and his wife Becca
(International Emmy nominee Connie Nielsen) find themselves overworked and drifting apart. So, they decide to take their kids (Gage Munroe, Paisley Cadorath) on a short getaway to Wild Bill’s Majestic Midway and Waterpark, the one and only place where Hutch and his brother Harry (Grammy and Emmy nominee RZA) went on a vacation as kids.
With Hutch’s dad (Emmy winner Christopher Lloyd) in tow, the family arrives in the small tourist town of Plummerville (“Plummerville is Summerville!”), eager for some fun in the sun.
But when a minor encounter with some town bullies yanks the family into the crosshairs of a corrupt theme-park operator (John Ortiz; Fast and Furious franchise, Bumblebee) and his shady sheriff (Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Colin Hanks), Hutch finds himself the focus of the most unhinged, blood-thirsty crime boss he (or anyone) has ever encountered (Emmy winning and Oscar® nominated screen icon, Sharon Stone).

screenplay is by returning writer Derek Kolstad (John Wick, Die Hart) and by Aaron
Rabin (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan), from a story by Derek Kolstad, based on characters created by Derek Kolstad. This film’s returning producers are 87North founders Kelly McCormick (Bullet Train, The Fall Guy) and David Leitch (Bullet Train, The Fall Guy); Odenkirk Provissiero Entertainment founder Marc Provissiero (No Hard Feelings, PEN15), Eighty Two Films founder Braden Aftergood (Hell or High Water, Samaritan); and Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad). The executive producer is David Hyman.

I went into the first film without any expectations whatsoever. I was just like "Saul Goodman in an action flick? Okay, I'll check it out."
It's now one of my all time favorite action movies.
The fact that Nobody literally saved Bob Odenkirk's life is all types of awesome. For clarification, Odenkirk suffered a heart attack and he said all the training he did for the first film helped him to get through it.
No way! Seriously?! Bless the guy's soul.

Never in a million years would I have believed you, if you told me in 1995, this guy from Mr. Show, would be the next big action star. I love him for his comedy but he makes the best action star just because he is such a great guy. Thank you Bob Odenkirk for being in the right place at the right time. I honestly believe we need this.

I saw the first film when it came out in theatres, and again multiple times on Blu-Ray.
I honestly NEVER thought we'd get a sequel, but I will 100% be there day one.

I think it was to take the momentum out of the Ballerina ticket release trailer.
I can’t wait to see this with my Pops. He’s 83 and we have a tradition of seeing any and all action movies. Seeing Fight or Flight tonight even.

Those who don't know about the Director Timo Tjahjanto just watch The Night Comes for us, The Shadow Strays,The Big 4,Headshot and The Killer then you will realise he is one of the best Indonesian Action Director of all time.

@@onlynormalperson If you think of great Asian action directors coming to America there are not a lot of huge success stories, so I am nervous. I still remember going to see John Woo's American debut. Part of what makes Timo stand out is that he is unfettered by Hollywood standards.
He will also direct the Hollywood adaptation of Train to Busan.

Timo Tjahjanto is the greatest action director ever. He made "The Night Comes for us" which is two hours of nonstop martial arts gore. Very excited about this!!!

Headcanon: the Nobody films, the John Wick Quadrilogy, the Raid Duology, Atomic Blonde, Hard Boiled, Headshot (2016) and The Night Comes For Us are all set in the same universe.
It's already canon that John Wick is the same universe, even one of the writers has worked on both

Interesting fact: I came to know Bob from Nobody first, not Breaking Bad or Better Call soul.
When I saw him in Breaking Bad then I realised he is the same man from that action packed movie. And here he is a lawyer. Nice
Some people say that the nobody movies is just Saul after the events of breaking bad. Its just headcannon stuff but still.
He's a commedian and writer by trade. He and David Cross started "Mr. Show" in '95. It was a groundbreaking sketch comedy that boosted the careers of multiple new comedians.

Seeing Bob Odenkirk in a movie like this boggles my mind after watching him years ago on a show where he was playing multiple comical characters. I can’t remember the name, but I watched it in college and it was hilarious. So seeing him actually portraying a badass and pulling it off is awesome.
