- The plaintiff is suing her former friend and roommate for an assault after she claims the co-defendants attacked her. The defendants admit to getting into a fight with the plaintiff but claim the plaintiff threatened one of them. They’re countersuing for the assault.

Sounds more like words fueled by jealousy.... She shouldn't have extended the help. They all were once friends, yet while in the homeless shelter. Homegirl (red) got her own place first, and asked them to come along. The defendants smelled a easy target and felt (Red) was a weak women. Leaving the kids, not disciplining the kids from physically hitting her child..etc... Taking advantage of the young lady. They soon came to the realization that Mrs Red wasn't a push over so they wanted trouble.... Jealousy can cause folks to do the most horrendous things.... As soon as the judgement was awarded to the plaintiff, the defendants immediate response was to call her a Bum... That's envy & Jealousy....

I’m confused, but I don’t think skin complexions have anything to do with this case. Ignorance is what played a big part, because all 3 women ( I use the term loosely) are beautiful. I hired 3 people that I didn't know 4 years and 4 months later, I was no longer a supervisor because one of my former employees lied about her being at work and even showed the owner proof that she was coming and still got blamed during the Christmas holidays over a shift.

This case gave me chills. First of, im already knowing the defendants are clearly jealous... 2nd of how are they calling her the bum when she helped them out ??? Soon as Red won, I smiled. Cause I know she thought she had a real friend. But trule colors were shown.👏🏾
And that’s what’s sad to me, the fact that Red actually thought this ratchet ass woman was her friend but, she clearly betrayed this woman. I was in a shelter for a time. I saw with my own eyes many women like the defendant. Pulling on peoples heartstrings, manipulating and conniving. There are so many women that use their children and anyone else to get over while making no upward movement in life. Then their children repeat the cycle.

I loaned $432.00 to my nephew and his wife because they were boo-hooing (literally), and that was my vacation money. Mind you, at 54, I've never had a vacation to travel and this was going to be my first time. When they were to pay it back, they got nasty and told me I didn't need to go anywhere. People can be ungrateful so a shelter can help those who can't pull it together. I will never help family anymore

Reminds me of a time when my big brother was asking for help and he didnt have any money so I gave him 155 and turns out, he had got the stimulus check days before I gave him the money. I asked him if you had the money then why did you say you didnt have any and his dumb ass gone say "I didnt know if it was going to hit" that dont make sense when it already hit yout bank account. I used to always give him gas, I paid his phone bill before and my gf loaned him 600 for his rent money he was missing and he failed to pay it on time. In that case when white people say a black person did me wrong, so now I think all black people are bad people.
