Dipping the chicken into the soy sauce with squeezed kalamansi juice adds flavor to it and adding that oil with rice as well taste best. You should ask for a "unli rice"! Mang Inasal is so good! I always do the family bundle take out of paa or pecho so I can eat it with kimchi at home. I think their bbq and liempo are even better than the chicken but it’s always out of stock in Dumaguete:(
